How do we build cultures of care in times of challenge and change?

We empower leaders and teams to take care of themselves, so they can show up for each other.
In other words, we create a more compassionate workforce.

At Hollingsworth Consulting, we do this through therapeutic leadership coaching—a powerful, strategic process that supports leaders and teams to manage stress, build resilience, and find balance as they navigate the unexpected.

Dr. Andrea blends performance coaching with psychotherapy for enhanced well-being, decision-making, leadership effectiveness, personal growth, and professional success.
